Why is Miguel ranked so low?
I don't really care because i'll be maining him and Anna (Picks up mains by looks lol), but I'm just wondering...

Lars is going to disappoint a lot of kids come Oct 27th. :)

Ah come on. Now all of my mains (Hwoarang, Devil Jin, Lars) are only mid tier. T_T I'm gonna get destroyed by Steve and Bob for sure.

I seriously disagree that Miguel's as low as the Japanese make him out to be. He's a "risky" character frame-wise, but he's got serious punish and block-stun power. He'll have trouble with great turtles (he doesn't really have anything to break through a great defense), but as a counter-type char, he's good enough IMHO.

Not quite. The gaps between the tiers are very small. It just takes more effort for a Hwo player to beat a Steve player than vice-versa. Lars is at a disadvantage against Steve on paper, but if you know your Steve well enough, you should be ok.

uf+3 > rushdowns.

I think Bob has Hwo's number though. I can't see anything that Hwo would have that would "save" him against a strong Bob.
