Transformers 2 aka T2:ROFL!

I've seen it three times. Its too awesome! The story was all well mixed to match combined aspects of different transformers series and adaptations. I think this movie is the best episode in Transformers series. RotF has all basic aspect from the original series and more. Soundwave was great! (Spoiler) Bumblebee crying was incredible! I never expect to see that, that moment gives the clear idea of how alive and emotional Autobots can be. In the original cartoons, Autobots laughed, and felt sad. The accoplishment of this film, as it capture the feeling from the original series, are all great rewarding for the wait. Its a CLASSIC FAN must see.

I was very relieved that this movie was not related to the many new awful anime series that are shown in CN, etc. The closest thing in RofT that's similar to the dumb aspects of the new anime series, was Optimus' last power up in the film, but it was done well also. Too awesome to watch. Its sad that Jetfire went through that, but that only showed how devoted he was to the good of all species.

(spoiler) The human female Decepticon was great too. It tops the "more than meets the eye" phrase.

Question: Who knows about Nano-technology, universal constrution through gravity, programming and its extends capacities, mater variations, space temperatures, forging space pressure, and relativity? This knowlegde help me catch up with this movie. It all applies to this adaptation of Transformers, this movie is as real as it could've been in the cartoon if it were to happen now, here on earth.

I read someone comment here about blue eyes, rasism, etc. I'm an artist who had worked on small and big projects. From my undestanding, the blue eye thing is merely art style and preference for his pictures. It has nothing to do with despicing any race. Is just like the many anime series "you" kids watch today, like Naruto and stuff. Nearly all animes have blue eyed characters (other colors too), yet no one complains about it. And there's nothing to complain about, it is freedom of art expression. Eye color can have diferent uses for expressions.

I'm going to watch it in IMAX, were I should had watch it in the first place, lol.

Edit: I just saw it again. Bumblebee kicked a$$, skinning off Ravage was too sick! Bee > Rav for good. Seen Devastator never misses to impress me. CGI my a$$. Heheheh.

I am an action movie fan, and I liked it.

I do have one question for people who put value in movie critics: Do they ever give good reviews for any action movies?

Im an action movie fanatic. Heck i even loved the Governator's mindless movies and his awful one liners. However, Arnold was awesome and he could carry those terrible movies. Shia Labeouf(sp) or whatever his name is, can't carry this mindless flick. Heck i even loved the first transformers because of the touching relationship between Sam and Bumblebee; and the sheer awesomeness of the action sequences (transformers on the big screen! Oh my GAWD!).

As a transformers fan, im mortified by the lack of plot and character development given to the transformers. They merely are robots who fight each other, the movies don't tell us jack about who they are or any of their mannerisms, which in my opinion is infinitely more interesting than the million penis and tesiticle jokes. The plot holes are too numerous to count and the deceptacons are pussies who get ownT by the US military. This new one's action sequences are just mindless shaky camera sequences, making it impossible to tell what is going on!

I've seen it twice now(my friends dragged me to see it again) and i can honestly say that it is one of the worst movies i have ever seen, imo its even worse than Charlie's Angels. It is however by far THE most disappointing movie i have ever seen.

Michael Bay deserves to get shot for this travesty and i hope to God that he doesn't come back and make the next sequel. Hopefully then we will get a proper transformers movie and not a movie about dogs humping, racist stereotypes and a stupid emo kid whom no one cares about.

p.s. the critics loved Star Trek, The Dark Knight and Ironman, all of which the last i checked were action movies.

@Jink- I think you love this movie as much as i hated it lol.

Ah, true. Still, it's pretty rare. ...or maybe not. lol I'll just adjust my previous statement, and say that I'm a mindless-action movie fan. :)

I've been a fan of Transformers forever too, so I couldn't care less about their character development. I already know (most of) these characters. It's consistent enough with past shows/cartoons.

I agree with the part about the decepticons getting whooped by the US military. That part was dumb. Even in the first one, Starscream took out jetfighters like nothing. Where the hell was he during the final battle in this one?
