Anyone ever been hit (car accident) and filed a Pain and Suffering claim?

I'm seeking some advice on getting my claim settled ASAP w/o their insurance adjuster trying to make me feel like my horrible month is worth $50.

I want compensated.
 
You know accident attornies want 1/3rd of the payout? That's why I'm seeking some casual advice.

I spent 3 weeks with a f'ed up leg that was very painful. Lost a lot of sleep, couldn't walk, etc. I was also dizzy and sick from concussion. Emotionally/mentally, since I was on my inital 90 days at a new job, I was stressed I might lose my job.

I'm already asking for lost wages, vacation, sick time, and med bills.

However, what would you value the leg, stress and head injury time at?
 
It doesn't matter what we think, it matters what the law thinks. 1/3 of what you get is still more than nothing. Get a lawyer.

Actually, you're wrong. I know that sounds funny. However, esp Ohio law; google retort laws sometime. It's what I think. People vary from person to person.
