Youtube to MP3 or MP4 help?

Hey man, someone uploaded some cool vids from a pow wow up in New York that has some great competition and dances as well as some awesome new songs I haven't heard before. I'd like to put them on my Sony Walkman if possible, be it as a MP3, or a MP4.

I've tried some of those websites, but they never seem to work. Help me out as I'm only computer literate and not tech savvy.

i like www.keepvid.com as a youtube downloader...easy as pie. just bookmark it as a tab and drag the youtube link into the tab and it does all the work for you. AoA is good to then pull the audio off of it. if you have trouble then just link the vid and i can do it for ya and send the audio file tomorrow when i get off work.

Big thanks to both of you, both apps worked great for what I needed.

Any suggestions on how to backup my DVD's so I can put some on my PSP? There's some cool ones I wouldn't mind making portable, and I don't feel like re-purchasing on PSN. Do one of these programs do this as well? I thought I saw it as an option.
