Yo, new player here ^_^

Hey guys, I actually JUST joined this website, and although I'm not exactly new to fighting games or SoulCalibur, I am just started to play SC seriously. The characters I'm looking forward to messing around with are Nightmare, Omega Pyrrha, Natsu, Patroklos, and Viola. As a Street Fighter/KOF player mainly, what are some tips/advice you can give me about these characters I named and also about the basic gameplay systems and strategies of SC? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

That's quite a range of characters you've selected there...from natsu to viola
haha.

I guess my first advice is
...for any character you use, you should go look up the fastest safe frame attacks to use as a "GET OFF ME B@$%@!" manuever.

This usually helps if you're new and being rushed down.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind as I'm experimenting in training mode. I won't be able to get the game until next Friday, but once I do I'm gonna be in the lab for days lol
