What's your favorite non FPS/fighter games for the 360?

Are there even any? I'm getting one soon and I can only find games that are FPS or fighters like Soul Calibur. I want something more! Oh and I'm already going to get Skyrim for the PC so I'm lost in what else is good.

Plus my little brother wants to play some games too and so far the only appropriate games I can find are fighters and REALLY CRAPPY SHITS.
 
What's that game about? I've heard so much about it, but what kind of game is that really?

Oh, I want to get sonic colors and generations. And definitely the Scott Pilgrim game on XBLA.
 
Dark Souls is an action RPG. Love it. It puts a heavy emphasis on player ability over numbers.
The Scott Pilgrim game is great too, it's my favorite beat em up game ever. Only problem is that it doesn't have any online play.
I really want Sonic Generations too.

Also Dead Rising 1/2 and Tales of Vesperia
 
Yeah I heard the no online play thing for Scott Pilgrim, plus isn't the co-op where you can't save it? Any idea what games there are that are appropriate for a 10 year old that loves Team Fortress 2 and Final Fantasy games?
