Trying to form an NVGA chapter

Yet i can't get access to the form for application or post on the NVGA site.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

hit up our local leaders...dancingfighterg in colorado or chingachgook in new mexico. they are both helpful and attentive. imo they have set up our chapters quite nicely.
