I'm just curious...
...did you poke around that site, at all?
You can pick what you want. Happ, Sanwa, Seimitsus, button types, some of them have custom art options, dual system controllers...
Seriously, please at least put some effort into it. Clicking a few links is going to get you answers.
Hori makes buttons that go in Hori arcade sticks. They're dumb, they break easily. Sanwa is a company that doesn't make actual arcade sticks; they make the buttons and the joysticks that go in them. So, if you're getting a stick from any of these places, you'll never ever get Hori components; you'll only get Sanwa, Seimitsu, or Happ.
From what I've heard myself, AIAB is overpriced, only because if you're gonna pay that much, you might as well make your own for all that money. But if time is an issue for you, paying more might be worth it. And if you're paying that much, you could talk to godspu, jaxel, byrdo, one of the custom stick makers, and get a really special one. No offense to AIAB, but those arcade sticks look kinda bland, even if you make your own custom art to have them put on it.
