I got Mushihimesama Futari and Espgaluda II early this year and they make me weep tears of blood and joy.

Speaking of Cave shooters, a region free version of Akai Katana Shin is getting released and I am SO EXCITED. I played the shit out of the demo and was so depressed that the JP version was region locked. :(
