PCB for dual modding

Hello

I need a PS3/PC pad to dual mod my custom arcade stick with. Does anybody know one that is:

- cheap
- has common ground on the entire PCB
- supports both PC and PS3 (don't own a Sony console so I need a computer to check if it works)
- available in Europe (Toodles Cthulhu, as much as I'd like one, won't do)

Technically, due to the open nature of the PS3, any cheap, even bootleg USB pad will do, as long as it's common ground due (save for a few that were disabled due to one of the firmware updates a few years back).
