It went down like this:

The guy throwing the punch, Noel Brown was being trash talked by the guy getting punched, SmoothViper. Noel Brown, after having been beaten in a match, was trash talked. Noel told him to stop, Smoothviper did not, punch was thrown, arcade machine was broken, people were banned for awhile.
