At first glance this fight seems really hard to predict. But I think in this fight it's important to factor in the assist capabilities since both fighters should be able to summon. Naruto can summon gigantic frogs. Cloud can summon Bahamut and even more powerful, Knights of the Round. In this summon, one of the knights breaks a meteor and drops it on someone. Far greater than the capability of the frogs.
