My f'in neck (Part 2)

My first thread got off topic and this is more/less a new topic, anyways:

Now that the details of my accident are coming to a close ( http://www.8wayrun.com/f15/my-poor-car-and-my-fin-neck-t2545/ ), the at-fault party wants to discuss my 'Pain and Suffering'.

At first, I didn't think I was really hurt and just wanted my stuff fixed and lost wages paid (no official statement was said, yet). However, over a day later, my neck is fucking killing me and I'm taking vicadon. I'm without broken bone but the muscles are sore as hell. Keep in mind I'm 6'9'', so whiplash has an increased effect in that situation.

Now I feel like getting something out of this. I'm getting aggrevated that I'm always in pain.

Any tips on getting some cash out of this?

I'd suggest not discussing this any further until you have settled the matter. Sometimes your comments on a random forum on the internet will come back and bite you.

Someone hit you, they made a stupid mistake... obviously. Don't fucking sue them for all they're worth... but make damn certain they reimburse you for whatever you have lost.
