Quite possibly the most, interesting, messed up and very challenging game I have played.

Cliffs Notes version of the game:
You believe you are the lone survivor in a city infested with disease and their are creatures that roam the world. Object is to escape the city alive all while either keeping the character normal by eating good food and sleeping on a regular basis... Or resort to doing drugs, shooting everything in sight and eating poor quality food and him becoming insane.
