Lets talk Capcom fans!

So I'm relatively new to the Soul Calibur series and yesterday was the first tournament stream I watched to learn a little more. I found it hard to concentrate on the matches due to the stream chat. The majority of it was full of ignorant posts bashing every other game except...you guessed it Capcom games! I'm just curious why Capcoms fan base seem to be so lopsided and ignorant? They didn't want anything else streamed even though SC had a small number of entries.

I loved SFIV and played the hell out of it for a year, but I will never play another Capcom game again because I don't want to associate with that crowd. I play games to have fun when I can, not to get upset or be a asshole. So far I've had more fun playing SCIV and MK than I did with SFIV. So I ask...why are Capcoms fans selfish?

Don't quit Capcom games just because of the ignorance of stream monsters. Every community has awesome people and every community has idiots. The idiots are just louder.

Also, tons of people troll on stream even if they don't mean what they say. Still idiots, but not that ignorant i guess XD

Well compared to the SC and Tekken fans that were asking for their games to be streamed...the Capcom fans seemed vile. Everyone else just asked and waited patiently instead of sucking the joy out for others.

Synraii is right. I should have thought this post out more. I don't want to start a flame war when I'm new haha.

I know plenty of ignorant SC fans too.
