Lag Free Converters

ok this comes up far to often for to not have a quick reference. suggestions, anyone? online stores? prices? lets gather some data. i'll update this post with whatever we find.
 
Ask GO, whatever it was I used when I was at his place to convert PS3 pad > 360 was pretty solid.
