Help Me With the ESPYs!

ok so a very good friend of mine has been nominated for an ESPY award!

her name is alana nichols and she is up for best female athlete with a disability. she is my ex's little sister and broke her back when we were in high school snowboarding, but has since gone on to win multiple gold medals in the paralympics, to train disabled kids around the world to play basketball, and to generally kick ass.

she totally deserves this award! any help from 8WRers would be really appreciated! registering is free and fast...no email verification or anything, and you can vote once a day till july 14th!
