I have, but the game shares its trophy list on the PS4 as well. Also, that's not gonna work, since save files are tied to profile (This happened before with SCIV one time that I tried, of course, this only works with games before the trophy system was implemented.). Also, even if it did work (or not), you can't get the platinum that way, lol.
