Finally, as advertised, I picked up a bottle of Mad Dog 357, an advertised 357,000 scovilles hence the name. So review time!
This sauce is basically the crazy broad you pick up at the bar. Super sweet and nice when you meet her, then once you let her in to your life the insanity quickly builds until there is a lasting deluge of drama that encapsulates your head in whirlwinds of devastation and pain. Ok, seriously, the sauce sets in very sweet which is odd since its label states vinegar is the main ingredient, labeling also lists what appears to be cane sugar tho'. Once it sets in the heat hits you like a big rig with no brakes. Some how, the heat in this sauce sticks to your mouth and doesn't let go. Not gonna lie, half a tea spoon of MD357 on some hot dogs forced me to tap out with milk.
I love it, working up to make this sauce tolerable will take a good deal of effort and be quite rewarding. I'm fairly certain it will grow me a third testicle, if you're a wee bonny lass I'm sure it will pump you up two cup sizes.
Final Rating......... 17.65/10 Scovilles. Off the charts!
