I haven't seen this posted anywhere so I'll do it.

I don't know if it's because I used to smoke back then, but this game was the shit. Explosive colors, explosive transformations, and explosive finishes!! This game will cause you to have a seizure if you're susceptible.

Seriously tho. Who used to play this game? Me and one guy from my high school used to play this all the time. Then in VA, me and a few smoke buddies played part 2 all of the time. Damn those were fun times.
 
I played it for gamecube, after playing sc4/sf4 i tried to play it again and it seemed so basic haha. I just didnt understand it, i'd just charge them and smack the wall down and repeat until they were out of the stage.
 
I played BR2 when I was about 10. Fun times, but yeah, it was really a beginner's game. I guess that's why I liked it. I have gone back to it a few times for shits and giggles. I will say that BR2 had a very intricate story mode for the time though.
 
omgosh BR! so fun, played through the games for years, (it was my first PS1 game, lol) and it never disappointed with all of its seizure-inducing goodness.

that shit was hella easy to pick up, everyone's "gameplan" was easy to understand (although the tigers' combos were semi-difficult).

i remember BR Extreme had a broke-ass defense system in the one-button dodge... dodging random attacks (without even guessing mid/low) i've only seen one other time then have enough advantage to punish with a launcher into super, lol.
 
I enjoyed it, though I hated that the GC version used sparks instead of blood. I never liked it enough to really look into combos, though.
