I highly, highly recommend Team Fortress Arcade http://geek.pikimal.com/2011/09/29/team-fortress-arcade-releases-today-download-it-free-now/ Its a demake of TF2 that plays a little like Streets of Rage. Completely free and surprisingly lots of fun :D

Yeah definetly messes w your ability to RJ away. Helps you pick off Scouts far, far easier and the noise it makes is badass.

GGs yesterday Chuck! That server has got some half decent ppl on it. The Granary match was a lot of fun. Edit: Also forgot to mention: Aquired the Liberty Launcher the other day and its becoming my new favorite RL. Im no Soldier player but id highly recommend it to anyone who is. :D

Im not a PC Nazi by any means, but two things to note: 1.) F2P has lowered the overall player skill level considerably. I can tell you that from experience. 2.) That was a Valve server which is usually inhabited by newer ppl. Not all of them were new, mind you. No excuse for allowing 3 ppl...

would be nice if theyd give at least the basic additions to the console players: achievements, weps, maps, etc

Nah, and from the sounds of it they never will at this point. Theyve added so much to the game already and its constantly expanding that the DLC would be enormous in size.

LOL Id probably play from time to time, i meant just putting a finish on anything competitive for myself and finally earning a little piece of digital kitsch for it. We'd still be short a Scout, Engy, Spy and an alternate from the looks of it tho.

Id considered that, but sign ups ended on the 26th :/ This is the second tournament Valve has done this for so Im hoping if they have a third to get a group together. It'd be a last hurrah for me w the group here and we'd get a nice memento and something to show for it just by participating.
