Alright, a few new confirmed L4D2 things. New Melee Weapons: Crowbar, Guitar New Special Infected: Jockey, jumps on someone's head and takes over their movement. Also it looks like they moved the melee weapons to the pistol slot, but you still have the pistols and use them when you're incapped.

More like this: They had a lot of new footage on GTTV last week of both L4D2 and Crash Course. You can check it out Here. Hopefully they'll put the unedited footage up sometime this week. Oh, and they mentioned a Katana will be one of the melee weapons.

Also keep in mind that the ammo packs mean less health packs because they take up the same slot. Safe rooms aren't going to spawn with 4 health packs most of the time either anymore. I've heard adrenaline completely replaces pills but reporters might have been mistaken. If that's the case...

Yeah, riot zombies and mudmen both look like they will be fun to add to the common mix. Hazmat guys are still kinda underwhelming though.

I should probably warn the 360 users that it's mainly a versus campaign, and it's only 2 maps. So even though it's playable in all modes, I don't know if I'd call it worth 7 bucks. But luckily I'm not a 360 user, so booya!

Actually for Valve it was a problem in both multiplayer and co-op. Not only was closet camping not what they intended, but people would often get kicked for NOT closet camping.

It's not bad. You only take half damage while you're stunned and if they're too close it won't even stun you, it'll just bounce off. Originally it had no minimum range and full damage while stunned.

I'm wondering about that too, because in the video I was watching the weapon never went away. Someone picked it up, fought, got snagged by a smoker which makes you drop it...picked it up again after the smoker was gone, dropped it on the ground to pick up a new gun, then I think it was still on...

Melee weapon takes the place of your main weapon. So shotgun or axe. Actually now that I see it again, you don't drop your main weapon. You pick up the melee weapon and use it until you drop it to equip one of your other weapons.

I assume Episode 3, Portal 2, and Counterstrike 2 are all not ready for this year and they want to put out a game every year, so L4D2 got fast tracked. I doubt they'd do a L4D every year, it just skipped ahead in line and stole our lunch money.
