Have you downloaded the latest Compatibility Packs? If not, you should because those people online might be using items that are in those packs. If you haven't downloaded them yet, you won't be able to see the CAS items they're using...

Hell to the no about Viola needing a buff. My brother can pull off a 15+ hit combos with her when I play him, and that alone can take 50+% off of my health. If anything, NAMCO should nerf her, or take her off altogether and replace her with her long lost twin sister, Amy.

I guess all that work balancing the game wasn't worth it. I would rather have an unbalanced game and have a lot of content than the other way around. More like SCII and SCIII.
