Well just make do with the AR and some grenades. You can use Regeneration so that you don't have to wait around for your shields to regen as much.

No. Deadly up close, terrible outside that range aptly describes the AR. SAW whoops every loadout weapon mid range or closer no contest. It would be totally broken. Boltshot is certainly good for one shot kills but can't be used for twitch kills or for clearing whole rooms like a normal shoty.

Well with knife you don't have to worry about ammo and if you accidentally kill them before the melee you still get the points. Also you can get time on enemies like dogs that don't stun. Also knife can headshot multiple enemies at once. Stun rod is beast.
