    Skyrim

Neat article. I actual really appreciate Skyrim's approach, as long as the game isn't multiplayer.

    Skyrim

My friend was playing the other day and that same thing happened, followed by two spiders fighting each other for some reason one of which had a Mr. Fantastic stretchy arm thing going on. We figure he stumbled into the Skyrim twilight zone or something.

    Halo 4

The storm rifle isn't a distance weapon, it's a CQC weapon like the AR. Covenant distance weapon is the carbine.

Is it just me, or are gaming series getting worse each year?

It's fair if you play it fair. Skyrim has an ingame console that lets you make your self invulnerable or kill anything just by pointing it out during a paused screen, people just refuse to do it because it would ruin the game for them. Get some self control, jeez.

Is it just me, or are gaming series getting worse each year?

Disagree. Developers taking out exploits of single player games is treating the consumer like a child, it's them telling the consumer that they know what we want better what we want to do. By removing an exploit you have taken away a way to play the game that some may have enjoyed, while not...

Is it just me, or are gaming series getting worse each year?

Well yeah game-breaking glitches often get banned. Stuff like freezing the game or leaving the screen, ect. Marvel had loads of these glitches (gambit glitch.) SFxT had that knife glitch with Rolento that could happen if either player wanted it or even if nobody intended it. If they aren't...

    Skyrim

I agree, the game feels pretty unremarkable IMO. It's exciting for a short while but it doesn't have any staying power. I miss Morrowind.

    Skyrim

If this was a competitive game it would be a whole different ball game though and I would agree, but in a single player experience there is no reason the player shouldn't police themselves to make the game as rewarding as possible. Just because they labeled it CHEAT doesn't mean it's not part of...

    Skyrim

No, you shouldn't do something that is purposely ruining the game for your self. THAT's stupid. It's like saying Doom is no fun is you turn on God mode and infinite ammo. It's not a fighting game, so you don't need to take advantage of every exploit to win. If your goal is to have a challenging...

    Skyrim

Just because there is a broken exploit doesn't mean you have to abuse it, this game isn't competitive so you are just digging your own hole there.

You have to summon Beatrice for the Butterfly AND the kings to get that set.

The Sawed off Shotgun actually takes more teamwork to use effectively because it leaves you so vulnerable after each shot. It's only worth much if you meet somebody on their own, whereas the gnasher can win 1v4 battles if you are good. The sawed off only seems good because it works wonders for...

Is it just me, or are gaming series getting worse each year?

Gears 3 totally relies on teamwork, and in Gears 1 you could still sweep a team on your own, especially since they had to track down the last guy within a certain time or risk a tie. Uh.... shouldn't the pride come from something that was hard earned?
