People are giving you reasons as to why he should be banned to preserve the integrity of the game and your reason for allowing him is namco wouldn't do this if he wasn't balanced. Really?

If he's not an actual character, I strongly feel he should be banned. Obviously this is not an easy decision nor will it be a popular one, but I feel it's the right one. Do we want another Hilde scenario again?
