I play Task, and I have to admit that he did REALLY ridiculous damage in Vanilla (1.3 off a single Shield Skills? Really?). The damage nerf is deserved. Even with that nerf though, he can still do 800-900 relatively easily.

The balance here is that PW can't do anything offensively mid-far screen (even keepaway) while in investigation stance. He needs Maya + assist to have enough time to collect evidence. When he gets into courtroom and turnabout stance, he also loses Maya as well.
