I agree more or less completely. The way I figure it, as it stands right now, it is too good but only a *little* bit. There are a number of small fixes they could do, and any one of them would balance it out, but apparently they're just taking an axe to it when a scalpel would do a better job.

Hey lobo, is your opinion of the tier list based on post patch information? I've been trying to figure where Cyrax is going to be once he loses bomb trap and gets a 10 frame break window on his throw. Net will still be awesome, because it'll win most all projectile wars. I'll take your 8%...

Wonderful. So Tom Brady says Cyrax's bomb trap won't work in the next patch. So instead of toning down his damage 10 or 15% to make it comparable to all the other characters, their solution is to take away the only thing that makes him a viable character. Wonderful.

Nope, babalities are still in the game. My only theory as to why that made it in and not any of the other things (animalities, brutalities, etc) is that it's a way to put salty/whiny tournament players in their place when they're beaten, heh.

No, those are attack throws. That means they're blockable. Command throws, like regular throws, aren't blockable.
