Good matches man. This format should be adopted for other fighting games too. Too much "well known player x streams against scrubs" shit. This actually makes you feel like you're watching good players at your place... despite the occasional lack of ability to punish due to garbo playstation...
So was I wrong about CE against a waking opponent being worthless or is IRM just completely dicking around... not sure which point to believe haha I did start feeling bad at first for Party having to stream but then IRM turnt it up so maybe everyone was happier then..
...so a random took you to game 8 in a FT5, very nearly took you to the brink, after he mouthed off and you acted like you'd run train on him... good show! haha was fun watching him get frustrated with your nm "counterpick" at the end though.
...aaand that's why Pat needs a meter gain nerf. Pat player had reads that were marginally better yet the victory was no small, marginal win.
Nice strat on both sides though. Very competent.
I don't understand this newer concept of trying to "tech trap" (if you can even call it that) after a successful CE with another... especially given how good Hilde's is at long range whiff punishes... it seems like an awful gambit with wayy too much to lose compared to what you'd gain in the...
Nice set. Besides Ramon describing his degree of hardness, the commentary was pretty spot on too. (Though to be fair, the sequence that was transpiring was pretty boss)
Commentators talking about tech traps that ain't tech traps and an invite to someone who typically brings a bunch of loud, annoying and pointless commentary? Should really consider switching up the presentation a bit.
