There's nothing in this patch that significantly hurts any characters, but at the same time, there are several characters who need to be addressed who are just being ignored. No one needs any nerfs right now, but several characters need buffs and/or bug fixes.

From my experience back in the day, SRK never really shit on SC, at least without good reason. SC2 while not as popular as 2d games, was treated pretty equally. SC3 had difficulty because people couldn't decide on rulesets, people being stupid and wanting CAS characters tournament legal, etc...
