Those two are nice choise. As long as character does'not seem too out of time and place - it's fine.

I'd also prefer no guests at all, but there is gonna be one or two. That's inevitable. So as far as guest talk goes - PLEASE NO MORE STARWARS BS. It's just silly to see characters like those fighting samurai, knights, ninjas etc I'd like it to be some human-like boss from DarkSouls, character...

You made a mistake in Tekken X StreetFighter. This game was actually announced 6 years ago and no news ever since, just occasionally Harada says "oh yeah, we are still doing it, don't worry" and that's all.
