For me its a "Recognition and Reaction" aproach... If I can recognize and react accordingly to what my opponent throws out, I can use a "Frames vs. Spacing" retalliation to heavily (narrow down/ punish/ mixup/ pressure/ space) my opponent's choice(s) to hopefully gain the upper hand... Patterns...
