I don't know the limit, but I've used a 1.8 MB GIF before, with nearly 300 frames.

Weird. All three of them upload and animate fine for me. Have you tried all three separately? What does the error say exactly? Try all three of them, and if they don't work, I'll figure something out. EDIT: I just ran another test and had another premium member upload one, and it worked fine.

Click your name at the top of any 8wayrun page. You'll see a drop down menu. From there, click "avatar" and you'll be able to change it there.

The video you provided is low quality and it has subtitles enabled, so the GIFs might not look as good as you'd like them to. Here they are, however. They should all work as an 8wayrun avatar. If one doesn't, let me know and I'll fix it.
