If you looked at the schedule, there were never any plans to announce any news games. So I don't know why one would expect an SC6 announcement.

I'm not the only one who expect a new Soul Calibur game, there are many fans who want it! By the way I looked the shedule, but I had a small hope that during the TGS 2017 we probably have some surprises and one of those are could be a Soul Calibur 6 announcement! That's all! :)
