Oh I need to try the new Guilty Gear Xrd, it's one of the games that caught my interest.

I have watched game play videos and listen to the old Guilty Gear themes like Sheep will Sleep and Keep the Flag Flying, but haven't play the video games though.

damn the games themselves are golden, an absolute treat to play, you can bust ass with some of the most coolest looking characters to the heaviest of metal created by genius Daisuke Ishiwatari

I hate to say this, but most of the characters in Guilty Gear and Blazblue are more interesting and very cool than Soul Calibur characters.

Indeed it is, but I do like the artworks in Soul Calibur because it brings that Final Fantasy feel and resembles anime characters.

arc characters tend to have a lot more thought put into them aswell as the story, SC up until V have recycled the same story and idea:
Soul Edge has been fixed, NM has returned, sieg gotta save the day...but delve deep enough, the SC characters are JUST as interesting and well thought out as Arc characters
