I've always thought showing up to tournament would be enough, however I've also thought that you'd need the skill to back it up.
Would I be tournament level just for attending a Street Fighter tournament despite me lacking the skill to be competent at it?

I see, I see...truth is I am trying to get one in particular...it'll be my first one ever...I'm not sure you can class is as a major like NEC, SJ or CEO.

But as soon as I step through those doors...the moment my name is called up, the very point I sit down and connect my controller, as soon as I pick my character...as soon as the stream begins and the announcer says "battle 1 fight!"...at that point, can I finally be recognised as "tournament level"
