    Lol Pick Pyrrha for 236B, Mitsu for 4B or Sieg for 3. Seriously though, Pyrrha if you want to annoy people with pokes like AA, BB, 1K, etc. Mitsu has ridiculous poke damage and 4B. Sieg has stance 50/50s.

    Depends what you're looking for in a secondary. You're a NM main, right? If you're looking for a competitive counterpick to his bad MUs (Omega, Alpha, etc) then I'd recommend Pyrrha, though Mitsu would do fine too. If you only want a secondary to play for fun, just test em all out and see who fits best.
