    I really like this game, but I lose a lot, and I find myself giving up when losing in sets, even casuals. I don't know what's up.

    From personal experience, true growth in this game comes from insurmountable rage. Getting my ass kicked gets me very mad but at the end of the day it makes me more determined to improve. some people need that one player (or group) to continuously push them. Or maybe you just need a break and maybe should do something that is directly related with the game. Like analyze scenarios post block/post hit etc.
