So, really, the only ones who are negatively effected are the federal workers who are "non-essential" who are forced to go home without pay.
And a shutdown doesn't actually change any regulations
Oh wait no, because some laws at the state gov level make certain things illegal....
So, no federal government..... Does that mean bud is legal now?
