    i think it's a glitch but i have 0bars online in SC5. my friend has the same problem but our games dont lag. wtf?!

    Your router's NAT type has set it self to "strict" so you probably won't be able to connect to a lot of people at all - it happens to me a lot. I have to reboot the router and then do "test connection" to get bars again.
