I would never be able to play against anyone else ever if I didn't play online. -_- If I didn't have to contend with my crappy service's 60ms ping and could get 4 bars regularly I'd cry tears of joy.

Online is very much playable when you focus on regional connections and play 4 or 5 Bars. On PSN at least.

This is what happened: I took my Ps3 over to my buddy's house who had Time Warner internet, which is the best and fastest this region has to offer. 5 Bar connection, and I played other people in America, and I still could not block lows that I could see a mile away. I couldn't even punish a -18 move with an i14 move. That shit is unplayable in my eyes.
