    I never realized how different SCV is from SCIV until I played IV. Not being able to step verticals makes me sad. Ivy SE is annoying, tips?

    Are GI's useful against Ivy's Serpent's Embrace stance? Whenever I attempt a GI against SE she uses the stupid low where she grabs your ankles with her sword and flips you over or she uses the unblockable which can't be GI'd. The only thing I can really do is try to umbrella during her transitions into SE but I feel like it's too slow and she will get the CH shoulder tackle into combo :/

    You can do low GI by doing 3G. Also, how are you having a hard time stepping. Less verticals track in SCIV. You just have to learn how to dash (single tap of the direction).

    Whenever I try dashing it feels like my step it too slow or doesn't step fast enough. I keep getting hit by Xianghua's FC3B and 66B+K, Taki's 66B, etc. I also feel like my backstep gets killed every time I try. I guess I'm just getting used to it
