With Nighty you should space siegfried. So when you are at midrange (where both chars want to be in) you can backstep all of his stuff. When he uses 3B your backstep beats all options.

Be more careful to use your unsafe moves in this MU though, because moves that are normally quite safe against most of the cast due to pushback can be punished by siegfried.
