About the CE input, it sometimes screws up for seemingly no reason because of this game's input system. I've literally looked at replays of mine and saw a perfect 236236A+B+K but the CE wouldn't come out. I also was never able to figure out what caused this. It's weird how you can mash it out but if you do it exactly right it fucks up. Just from my experience.
