You can GI all multi-hit on whiff CEs, except for the first hit. Tira's, Yoshi's, Siegfried's, and whoever else. Maybe not Viola's, though.

Can you GI Yoshi's so long as the very first low doesn't hit you?
What about Maxi's and Pyrrha's when you block the first hit? Too much blockstun at a guess...
Viola's I doubt because it hits a limited number of times within a set time, and if the 1st hit connects you're stuck, bar for when its hitting on the ground or the air...
