It doesn't. It's too slow for standard use and scales too much for combos. Only uses I've found is whiff punishing and for that clutch CE combo damage so you can win by a hair.

it works poorly. peole can jump it and attack through it. it also has a low amount of invincibility frames. however it kills backstep at mid range, and is absolutely muderous against forward and back roll, assuming you "guess" that your opponent will not roll or tech left or right. other than that, its pretty much just an excuse to waste meter for a whiff punisher that covers 3/4's of the screen.
