Hes spamming everything, he hits me low so I block low, he goes low again then all the sudden he hits me high and im on the grind, he justs pounds I have no chance to attack back.

It's really about building up instincts. Know what you can punish and when by trying different things and seeing if they work. Also, did you ignore the 3 paragraphs I wrote you earlier?
