DOA5 by a long shot. don't like Tekken games. their play style is too stiff for me. DOA5 is what i've been looking forward to for a while :D

Get DoA5, online training mode plus room for other people to join in and learn :D TTT2 just has online teams (or something like clans).

If it has a good training mode (I'm a complete novice), then I may give DOA5 a look-see.

You'll probably be able to get the hang of the game if you have a couple of friends willing to do the online training with you.

right on. I had an Xbox360 so i got prior DOA experience under my belt as well as watching the DOA5 tourneys.

Then you'll be the first person I'll be pestering to teach me! XD

Should probably go look up the DOA series, at least..

What's it like compared to SC, Vince?

the new one is emphasized with side stepping. it's faster paced slightly and has a counter system that sets it apart from all other games. It would be best to watch it. that'd probably explain the difference better than i could tell you. then you can ask specific question on the vid you see.

@Vince~ Nice, hope you enjoy playing it. im still on the fence though. always been a SC fan, but never really a TK or DoA fan.
@Kai~Really? that actually sounds very player friendly, like that and since i won't have a lot of time to play due to school thats awesome.

Yeah they're definitely trying to make DoA more player friendly and accessible to the people who are just getting in the game. So if you have friends who play the game and want to learn new things (combos, safe moves, etc.), just grab them and go at it.
