I've only encountered one so far, using Inferno. Just kick them out and file a tampering complaint, thats what I do. People want to mod? More power to them, as long as they keep it offline, or in their own groups that know about it.

I'm very afraid that this is going to happen more often and that we could lose online privileges because of this.

I doubt it will affect non modders. It may mean they put in more thurough checks to weed them out, but given what happened with IV, it will probably just be ignored.
