    I think it's mainly about character familiarity. I know when I first started using Sieg in SCIV, he felt pretty sluggish to me. Then i learned how to transition his moves together and it all changed.

    I played SCIV yesterday and Sieg was way faster. I miss i12 SCH AA. Lol

    To be honest, though, now that Tira won a major people are going to be jumping on it as an excuse when they lose to her. It's sad, really.

    Yeah, she's fine the way she is. I love Tira but can't play her (I can't stand the mood swings). So I'm rooting for all Tira players.
